THE ISSUE OF EMPLOYMENT OF EXECUTIVE BOARD MEMBERS IN THE COMPANIES WITH ONLY ONE PARTNER

Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to find the aswer to the question of the admissibility of employment of executive board members in the companies with only one partner. Any doubts on this point focus on two issues. Firstly, the recognition of such contracts as concluded „with themselves”, as well as reached under the pretext or with the intention to circumvent the law. Secondly, the occurance in this case all those elementes that are essencial for the employment contract, which are indicated in the article 22 par. 1 of The Labour Code.
