Dimitrie Gusti’s Constitutional Sociology and its European Component

Summary/Abstract: This material wants to underline the importance of sociology as discipline present in the curricula of law faculties and in the same time the contribution of Romanian sociology and researchers to the European research on this field. The theme of the material is the sociology of constitution, taking into account the fact that Romania is or should be prepared soon to receive another fundamental law, in less than 25 years. This is why we would like to underline the European context of the sociology of constitutions, but in the same time the applied opinion of one of the most representative researchers on the filed of Romanian sociology, the former president of the Romanian Academy, Dimitrie Gusti.
