Qualitative performance indicators for military education funding

Summary/Abstract: The means of substantiation of the necessary of funds for the basic finance of the school units by and from local budgets is constituted by the standard cost per student, therefore we take into consideration that the allocation of funds for sustaining the military school system from the Ministry of Defense’s budget must be based on an efficient, updated calculation, and least but not last, considering the number of students. The stage of the fiscal foreclosure, and therefore the stage of the training of students must not reflect the speed of the consume of the financial resources, but the efficiency of material goods and services provided for the military school.
