Summary/Abstract: Multiculturalism appears as an ideology which is not only outside of civilization, but also against civilization. Therefore it cannot be pushed forward in the process of building and developing societies, especially those societies which grew up on the basis of a particular civilization and their culture – by being instilled in their own civilization – reached a high level of development and their own identity. Only the Latin civilization provides a platform for the dialogue and coexistence of different cultures due to the fact that only in the Latin civilization it is possible to go beyond civilization to recognize the person in the man and in truth, good and beauty the transcendental properties which appertain to the being.
