Personnel risk and the execution of personnel strategies in the context of megatrends

Summary/Abstract: The objective of the study is to determine how particular megatrends affect the level of individual types of personnel risk and realization of determined personal strategies. The impact of each megatrend on a given risk was examined both separately and jointly. The following factors were taken into account: the globalisation of the value generating process, demographic changes and the increasing pluralism of values and lifestyles. Eventually, personnel strategies, which would be implemented in the conditions of increased personnel risk, caused by the influence of the aforementioned trends, were identified.
