Summary/Abstract: One of essential elements that has to be measured in organization seems to be the mobility of workers’. It is particularly crucial in the context of human capital management. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to present metrics to measure the internal mobility of workers. The paper also develops a proposal to study the mobility of workers at the organizational level. In addition, it presents the importance of measuring the internal mobility in the management of human capital and points actions in this field, aimed at stopping the most valuable employees.
