Summary/Abstract: Organizations can develop and strive for growth in various ways. One of them is development through diffusion of knowledge within the organization. For this reason, more and more organizations are created in the so-called networks of employees, for example community of practice. They are used to create and share knowledge among its members. Therefore, the paper presents a community of practice representing the example of employees network as a factor in the development of the organization. In addition, the examples of organizations implementing such networks successfully are also shown.
