Summary/Abstract: Working in international organizations is connected with the necessity of acting in diverse organizational contexts. Adapting to the new environment requires from organizations a new approach to human resources management, however, from employees, significant flexibility in terms of organizational behavior, which can be manifested at different levels. This article considers in what way the work of international organizations influences the behavior of a particular dimension − time flexibility of the individual and consequences it may have for the functioning of employees in cognitive and behavioral aspect. Based on the literature research on the nature of circadian rhythms and the importance of their synchronization were reviewed.
