Summary/Abstract: Contemporary methods of management force changes in the structure and functioning of organizations. It seems that the most important signs of above changes are: focusing on the key competence, work flexibility and work in a virtual group. This new job’s environment creates a new kind of relation between employees and organizations. For practice and scientist it is important to understand what it really means, what the consequences of this behaviour are and how it influences the process of management.
