Summary/Abstract: The article deals with the collective redress in the Slovak Republic. As in the Czech Republic a comprehensive legal regulation of collective redress absent in the Slovak legal order. The author outlines the area with some elements of collective protection of rights and discusses the possible form of future legislation.
