Summary/Abstract: We are witnessing a crime in recent years internationalized and more nacionlne knows no bounds. As such, participants in the exercise of criminal activity in some way because of the inconsistency of legislation pojedninih states are unreachable state authorities. Therefore, all land encroached in recent years towards the harmonization of national legislation. On the way from the left for Serbia, which is now a candidate for membership in the Union Evrpskoj, received one of the obligatory conditions, to harmonize their national legislation with the relevant EU legislation.
