The Responsibility for Fail to Provide Information in Slovak Republic

Summary/Abstract: The contribution is orientated to the responsibility for failing to provide information in Slovak Republic. It comes from the contemporary legal regulation. I tis focused to the responsibility for minor offences. It shows to specific problems which are connected with duplicity and inappropriateness of the legal regulation from systematic view. In the conclusion the author gives an opinion according to which the disciplinary responsibility would be more suitable.
