Right to fair trial in proceedings about the lawfulness of decission and process of administrative authority in Slovak republic

Summary/Abstract: Author deals with the right to the access to the court as a part of the right to the fair trial in court proceedings about the lawfulness of decission and process of administrative authority in Slovak republic. He shows to the institutes which according to him restrain this right or more precisely defend to this right. Author drafts the possibilities to adjust these institutes so that the protection of right to access to the court would be at full fart. Author notices that institutes in question are characterized not only for chosen proceedings but also for other judicial proceedings.
