Summary/Abstract: Bosniaks path to justice by the international and domestic courts is an extremely complex, long and expensive. On this path the only true friend of Bosniaks are themselves, the truth about their suffering and agony and the legal knowledge of international and domestic law. It should be the expressed in the request for revision of the Judgment of Bosnia and Herzegovina against Serbia and Montenegro by the International Court of Justice. This paper will deal with only practical matters relating to the request of the prosecutor for revision of judgment based on high standards of jurisprudence and court cases that promotes the International Court of Justice in The Hague in its decisions.
