Summary/Abstract: The social status of archives as public services of people and archivists is directly proportional to their contribution made by exercising civil rights before state bodies. A neatly arranged system of office and archives management is a priority of archival services outside archives. It provides the creators with high-quality informative means of emerging archival materials, which leads to better utilization of archival materials for professional, private, legal and scientific purposes.
