Summary/Abstract: Adoption of Law on the Right to Free Access to Public Information in Serbia confirmed the government policy of building normative framework that will support fight against the corruption. Regretably, the adopted legisltation has flows such as lack of provisions securing protection of a whistleblower, that diminish it's anticorruption potential.
