Cluster policy vs. human capital

Summary/Abstract: An aspiration to keeping its position on the market and in surroundings is an inborn quality of keeping every enterprise. Looking from a perspective of the cluster economy one should admit that companies are showing great interest in the participation of cluster initiatives. Podkarpacie has been identified as a good area for development and operation of the cluster especially due to importance and tradition. The largest cluster in Europe is a cluster of Aviation Valley located in Podkarpacie in Rzeszow. The main objective of the Aviation Valley is to transform south-eastern Poland into one of Europe’s leading aviation regions. Keeping capital is necessary in the accomplishment of the purpose. Human capital is one of them.
