Cluster as a core of stakeholders influencing changes in a region

Summary/Abstract: The article sets out to explore the role of clusters in enhancing innovation processes which are crucial for the economic development of regions. The paper presents the theoretical approach to stakeholders and models of innovation processes which were adapted to fit the specific of clusters creating network links and interactions between various actors of innovation scene. As the result the role of clusters as an important change agents in regions was proposed and main areas of clusters’ influences were indicated
