Summary/Abstract: Russian aggression against Ukraine has demonstrated the characteristics and effectiveness of the hybrid war. One of its key components, policy through the energy sector, remains the most sensitive. Nevertheless, evidence shows that Moscow’s next moves may be aimed at establishing itself as an energy superpower.
