Summary/Abstract: In the spring of 2014 the slogan most often heard on Russian television was “Crimea is ours!” In 2015, however, words like these are no longer shouted on the streets of Sevastopolor Simferopol. Sanctions have taken their toll and western companies have withdrawn from co-operation and investment.
