Summary/Abstract: Two things I have to say here, about Emil Cioran in a reasoned parallel with Theodor W. Adorno: The first thing is to highlight some issues that I would argue that Cioran's story resembles that of “The Last Unicorn” by Peter Beagle, - I mean the creature called to account for being. In his turn, Theodor Adorno was considered the last genius of his century. Like his colleagues of so-called “responsible generation”, Cioran belongs to the year of publishing the Heidegger's major work: “Sein und Zeit”. This work explains that, at a certain level, man himself is time, therefore, responsible to bear the burden of knowledge. The second thing refers to the discourse (of the two thinkers), which have some affinities supplemented in various shades, achieving emotional color, so specifically , thereby providing a kind of code that would establish the link between text and reader motivated to keep his conscience awake. To what extent code at stake involves a particular way of communication; I also try to show, by looking for some enlightening analogies, or by looking for some models of reception. The "writing" (l’écriture) of everyone is his “inhabited path”, along with the own sadness, silence, and the gleam of hope.
