Gaining knowledge and competences through life is a fundamental condition for individual and professional development, for the growth of the adaptation and employment capacity. Within this material there will be approached aspects referring to the presentation of the present legal and institutional environment of professional training in Romania; also it will treat some aspects referring to the stimulation and protection of this activity
