Summary/Abstract: The objective of this research is to evaluate the perception of the virtual education quality among the people who works and studies to flexible major, and to identify the relationship between the importance of the professional skills and achieve and determine the actions to increase the performance. Participants need to have high quality perception of virtual education. The importance of the professional competences is upper than they have been achieved. The knowledge applied to the real world is the most valued competence. Feedback, quality standardization and the focus on design skills, frequently are the meaningful opportunity areas, which will focus the actions to increase the performance.
