Summary/Abstract: The article tries to emphasize the role of literary space in stories and in the first volume of the novel Orbitor, by Mircea Cartarescu. Literary space, which becomes a supernatural space with the Romanian writer, turns into the most important aspect/element of the narrative, which haunts the hero's imagination and dreams and helps him rebuild the past and withstand the crushing and depressing present time.
