Summary/Abstract: The paper describes the natural human rights, the right to family and private life. The attention is focused first of all on the second part of the civil code, family law in an objective sense. A significant part is devoted to family law in the subjective sense, sort of subjective family rights and their protection in relation to subjective family duties.
