Summary/Abstract: The main objective of this paper is to present some possibilities to improve real estate management in communities – basic units of local government in Poland. Some selected solutions such as the introduction of ownership supervision tools can maximize the efficiency of property management in communities. The discussion is based on literature review and own research.
