Organisational Structures of Real Estate Professionals in Poland

Summary/Abstract: According to the Real Estate Management Act of August 21, 1997, there are three positions that require a license in the Polish real estate market: property manager, property appraiser and property broker. The aim of the article is to present the results of research conducted among these three groups of professionals. The paper focuses on organisational structures and other organisational aspects of companies where these groups of real estate professionals operate.
