Summary/Abstract: Case presented on the preceding pages is very interesting from several aspects. Above all, taking into account the volume of writings, we are offered the possibility of establishing a comprehensive knowledge of how marriage worked within the Muslim community in Bosnia and Herzegovina, but also the possibility of getting acquainted with the processes of resolving disputes between spouses and their potentially bad relationships with parents, with aspect of how they dealt with Sharia courts. It is very interesting to look at the terminology and language that was in use. Also, the record offers a wealth of information about the Tuzla and its inhabitants, as well as their mutual relationships, family relationships, business relationships and the like.
