Summary/Abstract: In pre-trial criminal proceedings of the court are vested with monitoring powers concerning the imposition of coercive and limiting the constitutionally guaranteed rights of the accused. These powers are an expression of nepravorazdavatelen judicial review carried out during the pre-trial procedural phase.
