Summary/Abstract: Romania is a beautiful country. It has a rich history and an even richer present. In 2012, the Norwegian journalist, Svanhild Naterstad, published a detailed and fasci-nating book about Romania - containing information about all that was, and all that is in the country. Naterstad refers to the book as ‘a declaration of love’ towards a country that has meant the world to her since her first visit in 1988.
