Summary/Abstract: The potential of transgressive pedagogy as a strategy of education process at academic mobility act is analyzed at publication. It is showed that modern social-cultural dynamics needs personalities with advanced level of internal mobility, flexibility and skills of self-transformation according to changeable social environment. It is demonstrated that transgressive pedagogy which is focused on personality development and overcoming of available being can increase level of internal and professional changes at academic mobility acts. Also this strategy can organize qualitative interaction with another culture and develop student’s world-view. The thesis is substantiated that academic mobility looses its meaning without active substantial communication with representatives of another academic environment and culture as a whole. Having no substantial communication student hasn’t changed one’s knowledge, skills, competencies and heuristic potential of personality doesn’t increase.
