Summary/Abstract: Due to problems arising in accordance with the reduced scope of work and loss of market opening leads to bankruptcy of bankruptcy debtors. In this situation it is important to define the status of archives. It is necessary to free up space, and extract part of the material to which retention period has expired. It is necessary to provide accommodation or archives that is important for the history of culture for the exercise of any rights of workers who are employed or were employed by each holder, whether it comes to project documentation, which can be used in future work. Often happens that the unsettled state of the material in the opening line of bankruptcy, holders when opening archives. The original order of records disposal certainly there is only the lack of concern about creating a material issue in regulating material. It is important to provide accommodation that is material or permanent nature or in accordance with legal provisions and deadlines to keep still be kept. Noticeable problem is the lack of space and at the National Archives of Slavonski Brod and also at holders who have the same responsibilities and essential communication and cooperation between all entities involved in the problem sorting this material. Usually the material in such a situation, the disorderly state and regulating access to important material. It is important to separate the permanent and the material that must be protected from material that can extract.
