Summary/Abstract: Contemporary Romanian Language has a series of breaches of the rules of grammar rules they must be respected by all speakers, who feel and think Romanian; expressive means of the language are in constant change, connotative values of Romanian words and phrases are unexpected. In everyday communication, oral and written, are common template a series of phrases, stereotypes, fixed formula, linguistic or lexical cliches to be used, but with caution and only when imposed by a particular context; They are present because of ignorance, the false scholars, the heavy borrowing of foreign words from other languages
