Summary/Abstract: “The new world order” (declared by J. Bush-Senior and the Roman club in the end of the 20-th century) is not something so new, as it has deep historical roots. New are the unique circumstances in which it is being build: wide scale and dynamic liberal globalization, decomposition of the bipolar world with two main leaders and remaining of one sole hyper powerful predominant (USA) but with emerging competitors (as separate countries or unions of countries); increasing role and importance of regional economic organizations (with EU as a prototype), as well as of the global corporations in the conditions of widening and deepening ecological and cultural crisis; the economic (crisis) also periodically remind of itself… Increasing is the contradiction and/or inconformity between the developing liberal global society and the absence of global management which (the contradiction and/or inconformity) aims to overcome the “New world order”.
