Summary/Abstract: The present study presents some aspects of the religious poetry written by Daniel Turcea and it is based on the assumption that in the artistic gift is, in the process of literary creation. The poetry of the „dialogue” with the Divinity, of finding a reference point in the transcendent is imposed by the gravity of emotion. Turcea’s poetry highlights the consubstantiality between the divine and the poetic creativity. He gives us a pure and full of candour poetic of profound and constant search for the divine and moral justification of existence. Poetical language proves itself as the proper way to transcend the appearance, to communicate at a supreme level as poetry is the intuition of the universal in the individual fact.
