In which cases the court may not render judgment upon admission of the demand in the context under art. 237, para. 3, pt. 2 of the Bulgarian Civil Procedure Code?

Summary/Abstract: The court may not render judgment upon admission of the demand where the right admitted conflicts with the law or with good morals or the right admitted is indisposable by the party. In the present report the object of the research is the application of the second hypothesis of Art. 237, para. 3 CPC.
