Research Results of the Level of the Knowledge of Polish Entrepreneurs About European Litigation

Summary/Abstract: In the article various aspects of European court proceedings have been discussed, including legal context and research results with regard to the surveys which were conducted among Polish entrepreneurs. The discussion of the results was divided into three points dedicated to the entrepreneurs who cooperated with international counterpart, entrepreneur swho didn’t cooperate with international counterpart and both of these two groups. The main goal of indicated research was defining the level of knowledge of Polish entrepreneurs in cross-border court proceedings.
