Electronic administrative proceedings in the case law of the Supreme Administrative Court - Case Studies

Summary/Abstract: The article concerns the problems of computerization of administrative procedure, with particular emphasis on issues related to electronic doręczeniami. In connection with the introduction of amendments to the Code of Administrative Procedure which allow the initiation and conduct of administrative proceedings electronically, more often the judgements of the Supreme Administrative Court concerning analyzed issues. The article presents two rulings issued by the Supreme Administrative Court, which made a completely different interpretation of provisions of the Code of Administrative Procedure relating to e-delivery.
