Summary/Abstract: The European Court of Human Rights decided that art. 6 of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms was not breached by the refusal to enforce a final court resolution ordering to reinstate the plaintiff in the post which she occupied prior to dismissal deemed as illegal under the circumstances in which the former employer was an international organization enjoying jurisdictional immunity.
