Summary/Abstract: The article is dealing with legal-sociological aspects of the relation between legislation process, legal socialization and legal consciousness in the context of EU legal integration. The work is divided in three parts. In the first part the parliamentary system and the legislation process in the context of globalization are examined.Second part of the study is dedicated to the legal socialisation phenomena and its impact on legalrelevant behavior. Relation between legal socialisation and legal consciousness is analysed.The last part is dedicated to the legal consciousness as the sum of views and ideas expressing the attitude of people toward law, legality, and justice and their concept of what is lawful and unlawful.
