The mechanism of state regulation of the labor market

Summary/Abstract: The subject of article is a research of employment policy of population in Ukraine, aimed at the formation ofthe mechanism of State regulation in the modern conditions of the development of labor market.In the research were used to general scientific and special methods: analysis and synthesis, analogies andcomparisons, expert assessments, etc.The results of work. The analysis of theoretical approaches to market principles the development ofemployment in Ukraine was conducted. A proposes on forming mechanism and tools of State regulation of thelabor market in the modern conditions were given.Results of the research may be used by all interesting parties, including organs of State executive power inimproving the mechanisms for the implementation of socio-economic policy employment and State regulation ofthe labor market of Ukraine.The conclusions. 1. At present, the system of State regulation processes at the labor market requires theuse of an integrated approach in the form of forming an effective mechanism of regulation.2. Solve this and many other tasks stay, in particular, in the formation of effective tools of the mechanism ofState regulation of the labor market.
