Summary/Abstract: The subject of the article is survey research of international experience in regulation of business activity of private employment agency(PEA), giving services at employment mediation to population. The results of research of main kinds of loan employment services:autsorsing, autstaffing and others, and their particularities of development at labor market in Ukraine are presented in the article.The results of work. The research of international experience of state regulation of business activity of private employment agencywas conducted. The survey of development of services at employment mediation sphere in Ukraine was accomplished, and theproposes about regulation of this sphere are suggests with inside of international standards and recommendations.Results of research may be used by all interesting sides, inclusive government bodies during improvement of mechanismsrealization social-economic employment policy and state regulation of labor market.The conclusions. 1. At last decades the growth of demand on labor market services was the reason of impetuous development ofprivate employment agency as in developed countries, than and in Ukraine.2. The improvement of the national legislation currently in force for more legible definition of services at employment mediation andtheir different forms (autsorsing, autstaffing and others) is necessary in odder to international experience.3. The elaboration of special legislation for some kinds of such services is necessary in odder to definite peculiarities, which arecompared with their activity, because PEA are let giving different services at employment mediation in many spheres of economicactivity, including engaging of temporary workers and supporting of work migration.
