Summary/Abstract: Abstract: Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 283 of 14 April 2016 was published Law no. 57/2016 amending and supplementing Law no. 273/2004 on the adoption procedure. The new regulation contains provisions that will allow authorities to accelerate the adoption procedure. This article aims to analyze the major changes in regulatory matters adoption procedure.
