Summary/Abstract: In an ever-changing world, both national and international commercial trades play a crucial part in the global economic growth. The more the commercial relations develop, the tighter the competition becomes, hence the traders will use different means in order to make a name in the customers’ market. Therefore, the traders will be engaged in competitional juridical relations. Under these circumstances, the loyal competition becomes the warant of the flow of goods and services exchange, according to the law of market economy.
