Anticorruption importance of professional ethics - a theoretical perspective.

Summary/Abstract: This article attempts to assess the importance of professional ethics shaping desired behavior. In the first instance I refer to the issue of the reasonableness and appropriateness of professional ethics extraction in general. Citing essential arguments on the matter, pointing out the basic requirements to be met by professional ethics. In the following, using the proposed by I. Lazari-Pawłowska concept categorization standards due to the degree and the nature of their general validity, extracting the rules of professional conduct of public administration, which are more or less direct relevance to anti-corruption.
