Summary/Abstract: This paper is the second one dedicated to the analysis of corporate annual reports from a communicative perspective. While in the first paper we detailed the elements of the communication process as they appear in the corporate annual reports of the public limited companies, now we are offering a historical perspective over the evolution of the corporate reports.
