Summary/Abstract: Communication issues are always present in the workplace; however they become more obvious during periods of change or transitions caused by internal or external factors. Problems become more difficult to tackle and solutions should be looked for. This study wants to emphasize the idea that ethical communication is key to problem-solving; through transparency and honesty in communication practices management can address the issues arising from change, transition or adaptation. At the same time, it is imperative that employees should also cooperate and be open and transparent in their approaches to communication and action in order to create a mutual feeling of trust and a culture of transparency and accountability at all levels.
