Summary/Abstract: The article presents a model of good practice implemented in the context of an acute need to ensure sustainable social centers and offer good food for a healthy body, to the elderly and all beneficiaries of the association. This kind of social economy project employs local jobless and revenue human resources but provides the ability to manage properly and effectively the phenomenon of poverty and malnutrition in this deprived area.Vulnerable people who presenting serious health problems, children from single parent families or in the care of other family members, residents of this very poor rural community, are the direct beneficiaries of a project that produced a major change in their lives.
