Summary/Abstract: In the doctrine and in the specialized jurisprudence, the opinions of the specialists are unanimous in considering that this starting act of criminal prosecution has a special meaning in the general framework of actions having as object the solution of a criminal case. It supposes the immediate, direct and complete knowing of the place were the offence was committed.
