Summary/Abstract: The Judiciary Act has determined the Supreme Court of Cassation and the Supreme Administrative Court for a general cassation instance for all courts which administer justice in the system of the civil, criminal and administrative justice. As a supreme cassation court Supreme Court of Cassation and the Supreme Administrative Court fulfil a control over the judgment of the courts in the second instance for the civil and criminal acts, judgment of the first courts for administrative acts and hence a supreme judicial control for a common and a proper application of the laws. But while the role of the Supreme Court of Cassation is limited here the Supreme Administrative Court as a cassation instance fulfil a control in three more areas in the government.
